GLUTEN AND SUGAR FREE AND DELICIOUS!
Coconut oil spray
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
1 & 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 to 1 cup pyure sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
3/4 cup frozen diced okra (or 1 cup)
3 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350 and coat. 8X8 or 7X9 pan with coconut spray.
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave
Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT okra and eggs in a large bowl. Put eggs and okra in a blender and process until smooth
Add the okra/eggs to the bowl along with the melted butter and chocolate. Carefully stir to combine ingredients
DO NOT over stir to keep the brownies moist.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
top with WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING
1 carton of whipping cream
sweetener to taste
I add 2 tsp of peanut butter
Add cream and sweetener to mixing bowl and beat until thick. about 20 minutes on medium speed. I beat until when dipping a spoon into the mixture , i turn the spoon upside down and it does not drop off the spoon .
top the brownies with this wonderful frosting
