Simple Salmon

Simple is sometimes the best and this salmon is definitely a super simple recipe that is delicious…even better it comes together super quick and with just a few ingredients.

Serves 4

Simply roasted salmon that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner…plus it is healthy making it an even better option

Prep Time – 5 min
Cook Time – 15 min
Total Time – 20 min

16 ounces salmon fillets, divided into 4 oz pieces
Olive oil spray
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 400
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Place salmon onto parchment paper
Spray salmon with olive oil spray to coat each lightly
In a small bowl combine salt, pepper, chili powder and parsley flakes
Sprinkle evenly over each filet
Place into oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is just cooked through, or to your desired doneness
Remove and let sit for 2-3 minutes before serving
